Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of Fringe Holidays, Solid Surf Holidays, Surfing Life Pty Ltd, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  1. Entry Period:

    • The competition begins on September 15 2024 and ends on December 1st, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST.

  2. How to Enter:

    • Enter your email address and required details on the competition entry form.

    • Limit one entry per person.

    • Entry is free of charge.

  3. Prize:

    • One (1) winner will receive a 9-night stay for two people at the Solid Surf House luxury villa in the Mentawai Islands, Indonesia.

    • The prize also includes one (1) year subscription to Surfing Life Magazine.

    • The prize does not include flights, travel insurance, or any other expenses not explicitly stated.

  4. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

    • The winner will be announced on December 2nd, 2024.

    • The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.

  5. Prize Redemption:

    • The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.

    • The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the announcement date, subject to availability and blackout dates.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Travel Requirements:

    • The winner and their guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas.

    • The winner and their guest must comply with all health and safety regulations required by the destination.

  7. Liability:

    • To the extent permitted by law, Fringe Holidays (ABN 51 556 846 634), Solid Surf Holidays MENTS Group Ltd., and Surfing Life Pty Ltd (ABN 90 094 246 974) are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this competition or acceptance and use of the prize.

  8. Privacy:

    • By entering the competition, entrants agree to the use of their personal information by Fringe Holidays, Solid Surf Holidays, and Surfing Life Pty Ltd for marketing purposes in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

    • Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

    • Entrants acknowledge and agree that their data will be shared with all parties involved in this competition.

  9. General:

    • The promoter is Fringe Holidays ABN 51 556 846 634.

    • The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.

    • The organizers' decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding.

  10. Governing Law:
